POOL AND WELLNESS

Pools and Slides

Please follow the posted safety instructions.

  • Pools are open 08:00 - 20:00 and close after 20:00 for cleaning.
  • Water slides operate 10:15 - 11:15 and 15:00 - 16:00.
  • Do not take room towels to the poolside. Water guns and balls are not allowed.
  • Sunbeds cannot be reserved before 08:00. Items left on unused sunbeds for over two hours may be removed.

The spa includes a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage salons, beauty salon and fitness centre. For daily entertainment, check the in-room TV or the lobby notice board.

Useful information during your stay.

  • Room upgrades are available via reception, subject to availability and price.
  • Late check-out must be arranged with reception at least one day in advance and is offered as a paid extra service.
  • Safe boxes are in the wardrobe and are available as an extra service.
  • Air conditioning is free. Keep the balcony door closed and use 24 C - 30 C for comfort.
  • Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and linen are changed every three days, or earlier if towels are left on the bathroom floor.
  • Birthday requests should be shared with Guest Relations or Reception the day before.

  • Doctor and nurse services are on the ground floor below Block 3 during office hours. Bring your passport and insurance card.

HOUSE RULES

Safety and Hotel Recommendations

  • Keep valuables in your safe box and do not leave personal belongings unattended in public areas.
  • Please do not enter the main restaurant in swimwear or barefoot. Gentlemen should wear upper clothing.
  • Visitors are accepted only with advance notice and a daily charge, because the hotel operates on an all inclusive basis.
  • Wet tiled areas can be slippery. Footwear is required in all public areas of the hotel and grounds.
  • Children must be supervised at all times in pool areas. Please walk, do not run, and never dive into water shallower than 1.5 metres.
  • Please follow pool rules and staff instructions. Unruly behaviour is not accepted.
