Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade your room to one of our luxury suites. We have a choice of upgrades to choose from. Superior room, Deluxe suites, Junior suites, Penhouse Suite, Family rooms and Family Suites. Please check Reception for availably and prices.

Entertainment
The hotel has a full entertainment programme to keep the whole Family entertained. For more information just check the Julian information on the television in your rooms or the notice board directly outside the lobby. Alternately any of the animation team will be happy to help with any questions.

Spa & Wellness
In the Julian Spa you will find a Turkish Bath, Sauna, Steam room, Massage salons, beauty salon and fitness centre. The Julian spa has all you need to relax, enjoy and pamper yourself.

Hotel Recommendations

  • Check in Time 14:00, Check out Time 12:00 all of our guests are treated equally and must abide by these times.
  • For birthday requests please notify Guest Relations or Reception the day before.
  • All personal belongings in your room are your own responsibility therefore we advise you to always keep them in your safe box.
  • Do not leave your personal belongings unattended in public areas.
  • The pool closes at 20:00 for general cleaning and no life guards are on duty. For these reasons you must not use the pools after 20:00.

Late Check Out
Check out time is 12:00 noon. If you would like to book late check please contact reception at least one day in advance to check for availability.

Safe Box
All rooms have got safe boxes located in the wardrobe. This is an extra service and can be obtained from reception.

Dress Code
Please do not enter the main restaurant in your swim wear or with bare feet. Gentlemen must also ensure that they wear upper clothing.

Air Conditioning
All rooms have free air conditioning, for the air-conditioning to work you must ensure your balcony door is closed. For your own health we recommend the setting should be set between 24 °C – 30 °C.

Visitors
As the hotel is All Inclusive, we do not accept any visitors to the hotel free of charge. However for a daily charge we will accept visitors that can use all the All Inclusive facilities. This must be booked one day in advance with the Guest Relations or the Reception.

Swimming Pools
All pools are open between 08:00 – 20:00. The water slides are open between 10:15 – 11:15 and 15:00 – 16:00. You can only use the slides between these opening times. Please do not take the rooms towels to the poolside. For the comfort of all of our guests, it
is prohibited to use water guns, water blasters, squirt guns or any similar
object(s) in the hotel or grounds.
Similarly, balls are not permitted to be
used in the areas surrounding the pools.
To prevent any accidents occurring plastic cups and plates are used during pool opening hours. You must not reserve sunbeds before 8:00 and any towels laid out before 8:00 will be removed and taken to Reception.

Housekeeping
You hotel room is cleaned everyday and your linen and towels will be changed every three days to enable the hotel to protect the environment. If you would like your towels changing please leave them on the bathroom floor or if you will continue to use them please place them back on the towel rail. Any damaged linen or towels will be charged for.

Allergies
If you have an allergy, please contact Guest Relations .

Doctor
If you have medical needs during your stay, you may see a doctor or a nurse, located on the ground floor below 3rd block, during office hours. Please ensure that you have your insurance card and passport with you when you come to see the doctor. If you need to see a doctor out of hours, please contact the customer relations representative.

Important information
Bathrooms, accommodation tiled areas, internal and external public toilets, and all public areas’ interior and exterior tiled areas when wet, tiles may become slippery. Please take extra precaution when using these areas.
